Exchanges and Returns

If you're not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price.
A. Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
B. For a quick reorder, just call or fax it in to us.  Or include your reorder with your return.
C. Send your return via any UPS shipper or mail.  (Many supermarkets now ship UPS packages, even on nights and weekends.)

Ordering by Mail or Fax:
Mail orders can be placed with a personal check, money order or credit card.
Fax orders must be placed with a credit card only.
Be sure to include the expiration date of the card, and the Card Holder's signature on your the order.

We usually ship within 48 hours.  UPS Ground delivery times vary from 1-7 business days, depending on how far away you are from Arizona.  Post Office estimates 1-3 business days.
