Exchanges and Returns

If you're not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price.
A. Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
B. For a quick reorder, just call or fax it in to us.  Or include your reorder with your return.
C. Send your return via any UPS shipper or mail.  (Many supermarkets now ship UPS packages, even on nights and weekends.)

Ordering via E-Mail:
Send us an e-mail with the product number and description of the item(s) you want.  We will reply promptly with your total, and you can call or fax your credit card information, or mail in your order along with your payment.

Ordering by Mail or Fax:
Mail orders can be placed with a personal check, money order or credit card.
Fax orders must be placed with a credit card only.
Be sure to include the expiration date of the card, and the Card Holder's signature on your the order.

Ordering by Phone:

If  you request UPS 3-Day or 2-Day shipping, and we determine the Guaranteed Ground delivery time to your location to be the same or less, we'll ship Ground and adjust your shipping charge, accordingly.

Repairs:  
If it's made in our shop, we'll repair it (if possible) for a reasonable charge, which will be determined and agreed upon in advance of the repair.  Should we determine it to be a repair needed due to inferior materials or faulty craftsmanship, we will not charge to repair or replace the item.  Please call us at 1-800-743-3103 to make arrangements.
